Clear Fields of an Associated Record Action

Created by Support Launch Pro, Modified on Wed, 22 Apr at 5:58 PM by Support Launch Pro

The Clear Fields of an Associated Record action allows for the reset of specific fields within a custom object associated with a contact. This feature is especially useful for clearing outdated information, resetting form entries, or handling special conditions within workflows, as it ensures that expired or obsolete data is removed without deleting the entire record.

Note: Before using this feature, you will need to create an association for the object in the Object Settings in your account.

How It Works

Navigate to Automation > Workflows, and either create a new workflow from scratch or open an existing contact-based workflow.

Note: This feature enhances the ability to manage and track related entities tied to contacts and thus will not appear in Object-based workflows.
