To enhance account security, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and access Password Management features on the mobile app. These features provide additional layers of protection for user accounts, ensuring data security and peace of mind. This guide outlines how to enable 2FA and update passwords directly from the mobile app.


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

How It Works


Login with Your Credentials


Enter your email ID and password on the login screen, then tap Sign In.

Choose Your OTP Delivery Method


Select a preferred channel (registered email or phone number) to receive the One-Time Password (OTP).

Receive and Enter OTP


Tap Continue, enter the received OTP, and select Verify and Sign In.

Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to your account.


Changing Your Password from the Mobile App

  • Allows seamless password updates without accessing the web app.
  • Enhances security by logging out all active sessions across devices after a password change.

How It Works


Open the app and navigate to Settings.

Under General Settings, select Change Password.

Enter your current password and set a new password. Tap Update to save your changes when complete.

Once updated, all existing sessions will be logged out automatically for added security.


Note: These features are only available on iOS or Android devices with Version 3.88.1 and above.
