Managing Media Files and Folders

You can perform several actions with the images in the Media Storage. Right-click on an image or folder to access various options for organizing your files and folders.

Folders

Renaming a Folder

To update the name of a folder, select the three-dot action dropdown corresponding to the folder and select the Rename option.

Once you have entered the new name, confirm the change to update the folder's name accordingly.

Moving a Folder

Move folders and their contents, including files and subfolders, using the "Move to Folder" option.

Choose the destination folder where you wish to relocate your selected folder, or create a new folder if necessary. Once the destination is selected, the folder and all its contents will be successfully moved to the new location.

Deleting a Folder

Delete unused or irrelevant folders to keep your media library organized, easier to navigate, or free up space.

Confirm the deletion when prompted to remove the folder and its contents.

Files

Select

Click the "Select" button to execute bulk actions on a single image or multiple images. This allows you to efficiently manage and apply changes to multiple files simultaneously.

Get Link for a File

The "Get Link" option enables you to generate a unique URL for each image. Upon selecting "Get Link," the system automatically copies the link to your clipboard, allowing you to easily paste it wherever needed. These media links can be inserted into an Image or Video element in your funnel or website by pasting the link in the “Image” field within the Image Options section.

Move to Folder

Quickly move the selected file to a specific folder within the Media Library.

Rename

Rename your file by selecting the Rename option as shown below.

Move to Trash

Remove a file from your media library by selecting the Move to Trash option as shown below.

These actions help you manage your media library efficiently by organizing folders, handling individual files, and maintaining a clean and accessible digital asset management system.

File Size Limits

The below-mentioned file types are supported with an upload file size limit:

• Videos - 4GB
• Documents - 100MB
• Audio - 100MB
• Images - 100MB
